’03’s make it to final at regionals
Winston-Salum, NC – The Academy 2003 team made it to the final of the Club Soccer Southeast Regional Tournament before bowing out to Wake. The team culminated a highly successful season with a strong run at the regionals but missed out on a place at the National Tournament in Colorado next month.
Three other Academy teams were in attendance and two (’01 and ’02) were still in contention on the final day. The ’05’s fought hard in three tough games losing by the odd goal and knotting the other two games.
Director of Player Development Carl Reynolds and his staff can be proud of the work they have done over the past year with The Academy teams and they will be looking to push further forward in the new season ahead.
