After a long pre-season schedule that involved a first ever U.S. Open Cup appearance that resulted in being knocked out in the Second Round versus USL Championship side, Birmingham Legion FC, it was clear that this team had some talent and with time to gel, they could be one of the favourites for the conference title in 2022.

Last year we shared the spoils with Jacksonville after they beat us at their home and we returned the favor at our home. Coach Carl Reynolds stated, “To start the season away at Jacksonville doesn’t get better. What better way to test yourself in the first game of the season against one of the favourites in the league! We have a lot of respect for Jacksonville and their team model so it will be an enjoyable game and a great way to start the season.”

The game will be played at Jangro Stadium on Friday night at 7:00pm. Fans can follow along and watch one the ElevenSports website.
