Oak Grove, Miss. –  Southern States Soccer 2001 and 2005 boys teams and 2003 girls team prepared for the US Club Soccer Regional Tournament in Winston-Salem, North Carolina this past week with a four day training camp in preparation for the finals. Friday through Monday the players worked hard on their skills and team play. There were ice baths and cool downs available and some relaxation and visualization. There was even a video analysis session using footage from the in house practice game before earning a few days rest and recovery. The teams head out for games on Saturday, Sunday and Monday and a final on Tuesday if they advance from the four team group stage.
