The Oakes Training Center, Miss. –  A primarily younger mix of 2001-2-3 players competed in the top bracket of the ’01 division at the Nike Select Cup in Atlanta, GA this past weekend. The team faced ECNL opposition and came away with two wins and a loss from three very good performances.
Our 2005 team also attended and went 1-2. The 05’s lost two games by a single goal and won the third by the only goal of the game. After a slow start on Saturday the ’05 team finished with an excellent Sunday performance in preparation for next weeks I-10 Alliance League games in Tallahassee, FL.
