Jackson, Miss – What a Weekend! The Academy came up with three tournament successes over a single weekend, culminating with the winning of two finals and a final group game on Sunday.

The 04/05 team took the highest plaudits by not only playing up in the 2003 division of the MS Rush Crossroads of the South Tournament but also defeating local rivals Hattiesburg Futbol Club by 6-0 and tournament hosts MS Rush 2-1 in the final. The final was a tough physical game and saw two Rush players receive red cards late into the game.

The 201/2/3 team won all four games by a combined 26-1 scoreline to bring home the 2001 division title.
Meanwhile in Pensacola, Florida the 2011 team won the Blue Angels tournament silver division. The youngsters were in great form easily winning the final 7-1.

Although they didn’t win their tournament the 2005 Academy team showed well in Jackson at the Crossroads event and were narrowly beaten in their games going 0-3-1 on the weekend.

Our 2006 PDC1 team played with heart at the Crossroads despite going winless and our PDC2 battled to one win of three games in Florida.
